Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 September 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what information KovaGrow collects through this website and in the course of providing services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
KovaGrow is a marketing and web design consultancy operating from Fullerton, California. For questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@kovagrow.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget range and your message. If you engage us, we collect the information needed to deliver the work and to invoice you.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page, pages requested and timestamps.
- Client account access. During an engagement you may grant us access to your analytics, advertising, hosting or CMS accounts. We use that access only to perform the agreed work.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require you to create an account to browse this site.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, invoice and keep financial records, maintain the security and integrity of the site, comply with legal obligations, and — where permitted — send you occasional messages about our services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form submissions.
- Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- jsDelivr — a content delivery network used to load one JavaScript library on the home page, which likewise receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Email and business tools — used to correspond with you and manage engagements.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety or property of KovaGrow or others. If our business is involved in a merger or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store limited technical data required for the site to function. Third-party resources described above may set their own cookies or receive request data under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them will not prevent you from using this site.
7. Data retention and deletion
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Where you ask us to delete your information, we will erase it within thirty (30) days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law — for example tax, accounting and financial record-keeping obligations — or where we must retain records to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Information retained on those grounds is restricted from ordinary use and deleted once the obligation ends. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
To exercise any right, email hello@kovagrow.com. We will verify your request — usually by confirming control of the email address on file — and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limiting who can view client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
11. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
